is where I tend to blog the jewellery although I mostly skip the blog and go right to Etsy and Twitter these days.
I am loving Anais Mitchell so much right now. What kind of necklace qould I make for her? I don't know maybe I will post something soon. BUt for now, here is some old stuff you might not have seen...
I had a flash of inspiration and was able to pump these beauties out in 2 hours while Sadie slept. I had all these pendant pieces that I couldn't resist buying over the last 3 years. The only problem was that I was never inclined to use them as center pieces. I saw a woman wearing a big, chunky bracelet and a seed was planted. These colorful accessories are the fruit of that seed.
I have been making some things once again. I made this really pretty necklace with carnelian, mexican opal and cubic zirconia and I cut the chain too short. Don't you hate that? I do things like that too much. I am not careful and have to redo often. Ah well, the chain can be used in another project, but the wire cannot be saved.
Assorted Semi Precious Stones with Stirling Silver
A Carny Named Garney $35.00
Vermeil, Green Garnet, Peridot and Carnelian
1984 $70.00
This bracelet was originally called "Bene Gesserit" because I wanted it to have that futuristic, scifi, power lady feel. Looking at it though, all that really came to mind was Madonna's like a virgin so I named it 1984 for both the future and the 80's.
Stirling Silver, Garnet, Labradorite, Iolite, pearl, onyx and Smoky Quartz
